All agents are different and provide different level of servicing to their clients: Why consider me?

If you choose me to work for you, you will get me. You will not be assigned to an assistant, as I do not sub-contract out my services. This is my personal touch and my Taylor - Made commitment of service to you.

I will help you find your new home and I will:

-Explain Buyer Agency - who is working for you?
-Provide you with a thorough information package on buying, to take the mystery out of the process.
-Explain the fine print in our offers. You do not want any surprises.
-Keep all your information private, unless you authorize me to release this.
-Explain your financing options.
-Continuously check for any new listings meeting your criteria.
-Email you details on any new listings that meet your needs. This will be done   within hours of their input on our system...regardless of the listing company.
-Forward details on any home that you see advertised, and want me to check out.
-Show you properties that meet your criteria, regardless of the listing company.
-Pay attention to any private sales, or forthcoming listings, that will meet your needs. I can show you both.
-Provide you with comparative, recent, sales to give you an idea of the value on the property you select.
-Give you accurate information about the home you wish to buy.
-Prepare an offer to purchase, with all appropriate conditions to protect your interests. Ask me what they are.
-Protect your negotiation position by keeping information confidential.
-Negotiate the best offer for you - when we find the right home.

After the offer is accepted, I will:

-Schedule and attend the full complete building inspection. (2-3 hours)
-Forward the paperwork to your lawyer and keep him up to date in the process.
-ay strict attention to timing in order to finalize your purchase.
-We will need to remove all conditions within the right times.
-Deliver/fax the paperwork to your bank to speed up the approval.
-Monitor the entire transaction up until you move.
-Keep in touch with you, your lawyer, your bank to co-ordinate the process.

Keep in touch with you after you move, with regular topical mailouts and information of real estate, and home-care interest.

 I will never be too busy for you, or any of your referrals.
