First: Did you know that your realtor can show you any Ottawa MLS home for sale? It does not matter which real estate company has the home listed for sale.

Second: Will you be set up for email notification? With me, once I know your needs and desired feataures, the answer is "yes" You wil be set up for Instant Buyer Emails on our MLS system. This will advise you immediately of any home, in the entire Ottawa region, meeting your criteria.

Third: Are you comfortable with that person? Have your options been explained? Do you feel he/she will take the time you need to find just the right place?

Fourth: Will you be working directly with that realtor? Will you be assigned to an assistant? With me, it is personal one-to -one.

Fifth: Are there any additional bonus services provided to you?
Will you be needing names of lawyers, inspectors, mortgage help?
Would you feel better if y ou could have a one year Home Warranty?
