The short answer is everything I can, to market and sell your home. You will get my personal attention, as I do not sub-contract out my services.

I have a marketing plan which inlcudes, but is not limited to: Flyers, Just Listed cards, Visual Tours, and regular print ads.

In addition to marketing your home, I will help you in deciding your asking price, give you tips on preparation, and inform you of market conditions as they may change.

I will keep in touch. You will be kept up-to-date with new listings, sales and  will be given feedback from realtors who show your home.
